This year’s edition of Bilbao European Encounters has two clearly differentiated programs:
- Academic Program, which will take place on December 18 (Part A: Normative Dimension and Part B: Socio-Political Dimension) and in the morning of December 19 (Part C: Institutional Dimension).
- Public Debate (Part D), which will be held in the afternoon of December 19 and structured, in turn, in two round tables: one with civil society representatives and another one with institutional representatives.
To be able to attend, it is essential to sign up to the full program or to one of its two parts. The rates are the following:

– Pensioners
